Sounds like a great idea to me!
See if you can get some attention over on fpsbanana.
Also agree with Arg! it would be great from a mappers perspective to be
automated and easy as well.

I think if there was a web based interface for booking time and uploading
maps etc it would be a great idea.
If its not all automated though it will be a nightmare to run.
