I'm running a P III 550, with 256MB RAM (a 12 person server) as well as a website (only about 1000 hits a day) in PHP, and a mailserver that handles all the mail from this list, as well as BugTraq, and a few other active lists for myself. I think it should handle 12 people just fine :)
