Matt, The 868 is a Kruspe wrap, as is the 862. I have alot of familiarity with the 862 but have never seen the 868. I was told some time ago by Johnny Woodie that the 868 had a tighter wrap than 862, but unfortunately remember nothing else. You should give Johnny a call. He is a hornist who use
