& i found a good priformence after installing the FS vidio intercept,
& after rebooting my system wiches, win7 64-bit
that cames as a stand alone installer for the jaws portable
so if any one want to give it a try here is

Try with a different speech synthesizer. Or, you can customize this
punctuation. First, set it to MOST or ALL. then, open the Settings
Center and, in the search field, type punctu or similar. In the list of
result that come up will be customize punctuation. You can press F6 on
it to bring up
It does say punctuation is set to nun, but it still reads the word quote but
not all the time, it is so weard! sue
