Hi,
I Don't think you can save a suggested contact list,
Because it's created from contacts that wrote to you or you reply to or
reply to all and you wrote to.
It's always going to be growing of contacts that you really don't want
anyways.
I do know how to delete them:

I'm using the latest Jaws 17 64-bit on Windows 7 with no lag/delay problems.
Upgrading to JFW 17 did require that I completely remove all previously
installed FS products and then do a clean install. The one problem that I am
having is with PDF files. For no apparent reason, JFW keeps jumping

When I am working on the computer with a sighted person it is common for me
to be reading something or looking at links and the sighted person is
telling me that they cannot see what I am reading even when using the PC
cursor. It would be very helpful if JAWS was reading what was on the screen
Making JAWS easier to follow by a sighted person is something we have been
asking from FS for a long time. Not sure why it cannot be addressed by
them. Perhaps more requests from folks for this feature might help.

In general, to do a clean install of an antivirus program you need to
download and run a removal tool from that program's web site. Of course,
they don't want you to remove their product, so they don't make the
process easy. For example, you may have to solve a CAPTCHA to access or
run the tool.
Hi,
Using JAWS 17 on Win 8.1 machine and is running very smoothly.

this situation!
Pleas advise.

Yes, usually three or four windows opened up at the same time.
However, this still happens some times with only two windows opened up.
I have tried everything I can think of to correct the issue, with no luck.
So, the more of us testing this issue, the better.
I think it is something in the Jaws
Hi,
I have Jaws 17.
How can I remove "Jaws home use" from the cycle when I do alt+ f4?
By the way, I suggest that the default be no "Jaws home Use" in the cycle.

Jim,
A top troubleshooter at FS called me about this issue prior to going on
vacation. They are aware of the issue and know it is somehow related to JAWS.
The trick is trying to figure out why so many folks are having issues, but not
everyone. Again, they want folks to report the issue so they
Hello Gang:
Using Windows 7 and latest version of JAWS 17 on a laptop. I get no results
with Amazon and research it. Is research it broken with Amazon?

If memory serves I had to have my wife help me with that because of some
issue regarding a graphic that JAWS could not read.
Give a yell if you need further help and I'm sure something could be done.

Hi Jim,
Do you mean that you don't want Jaws in the Alt / Tab cycle? If so, you
need to run Jaws from the system tray. To do this try the following:
1. Alt + Tab, to the Jaws window.
2. Press, Alt + the letter O, to open options.
3. Press enter on, Basics.
4. Tab to, Run Jaws from the system
I don't know if you got your question answered regarding TB and
spellcheck. However, I'm using V31.2.0. you are actually in the right
area in compositions. Now tab once and you will be in another tab group

It has been hit-and-miss. I've not been able to nail down a consistent
behavior with JAWS 17 during any of the recent updates. Wait an hour and try
again.

Hi David and others on the list.
I read this in a w-10 computer book.

if you move away from it. This behavior is particularly valuable on
battery-driven systems such as phones and tablets. Apps can be written to

Do you guys keep a large amount of windows open at the same time? Honestly
on this windows 10 system which is the only one I have so far all is as
steady as a rock. Just wondering if we could track this issue down by
comparing notes.

Remarkable piece of JAWS-friendly (surprise) work. Prior to W10's

whether to install. I only download important updates, never the
optional stuff. Yet the Get the W10 icon was placed in my system tray

It’s motivational,
Personally, I'd like FS to get rid of that feature where JAWS 17 shuts down
and restarts without our knowledge -- regardless of the reason.
