Hi There
Not sure whether you've received a reply to this;
Jaws treats the picture as an object. Press Control Shift O to bring up the
list of objects then find your picture in the list and press Enter. This
selects the object. If Jaws still doesn't read the alt text, at least having

Hi tom and Sharon
If you go to Jaws Options, then braille, just before the OK button there
should be a checkbox for Show Braille load Errors. If you uncheck this, the
message should go away. I've checked this in Jaws 17.
Hope this helps,

Hi tom
I've done a number of these and, if you let the hims driver install where it
wants to, Jaws should find it.
When installing the hims driver, there are two or three separate pieces of
software within the driver package. Each one has a Finish Button and it's a bit
confusing because when y
Hi Vikki and List
Have you tried turning off the Language detect feature?
While on the page, open quick settings with JawsKey + V, then type Language
into the search box. Down arrow to the feature and make sure it's turned
off. You can turn it back on later if you need it.

Hi There
In Word, use the f6 key to cycle your way back to the actual document and
make any changes, then F6 or Shift F6 to return to Spell check. There seems
to be no editable field in 2013.

Hello All
I'm trying to create data labels for certain values on a chart. For example,
labeling the first quartile marker as Q1. Can't seem to get this done using

Hello jason, Annette and List
In the normal Skype, there's an option to notify you when a contact changes
status. If this option is present in skype for Business, it might do the
trick.

Hello All
I'm using jaws 17. In Word 2016 and 2013 I no longer get this warning
message when in a table. however Jaws 16 provides the message, when tested
on the same documents. Anyone else found this? The Jaws 17 help system says
that the message is supposed to be there.

Hello
another way is to find your PDF in the Links List, Insert F7. Then tab to
the button called "Move to link" and press it. Then press Context Key and
see if there's an item called Save Target As in the list of options.

My friend uses this program at work so it's possible it's a corporate version
of some kind. They're using Jaws 12 and can't seem to find any kind of Find
Command. Any help greatly appreciated.
