I have the same problem on ubuntu 14.04 and huawei 3372h, I'm not this hardware
user, but
looks like one of previous kernels always got it working.

On my SL510 I have the same loud beep when resuming from suspend. I first
experienced it with 14.04 LTS and Kernel 3.16. Today a fresh install of 15.10
Beta 2 on the same hardware showed the same symptom. Resuming from suspend
works in both cases.
The loud beep was not present in 14.04 with

Agreed that caveat emptor because of enabling proposed repo. But I think
this hang on log in may be a first? I was perplexed at first until I
