kernel 4.8: Add support for the additional scheduling layer within the kernel and util-linux. 015cd867e566e3a27b5e8062eb24eeaa4d77297f CONFIG_SCHED_DRAWER=y v4.8 is in yakkety-proposed, currently under validation. New upstream release of util-linux with additional drawer patches is not availabl
