Hello netters, I bought a KR2, and do not have plans with the plane. The cables to the elevator is very different in tension from the ailerons, so much so that I can get manual flutter at the elevator when fully deflected up. I bought a cable tension gauge, but do not have the plans to know

You should have a turnbuckle on each cable. If you don't, insert one on each. Tighten them to "tight". You need to be sure not to tighten one more than the other, because that will effectively make one shorter than the other and you will notice a binding as you operate the elevator. Your
