Another Master list in my Legacy Ver 6 listed several of exactly the same
description also, all were grouped together on the Master list. In my case
it was the Child Status Master list. In place of a repeated location, I saw
a repeated child status, in my case the blank status, used

backup and compare both files in the split screen, especially if new
entries would use a higher RIN.

here, but could you tag those individuals from your search results and then
use the Index view to customize columns to show minimal info but include
tag # you selected from the Missing search and spouse MRIN, and

given name and Jones as surname. I use a like method for husbands with

I also forced Legacy to create one in the same file.
The Unknown I entered has a RIN.
The Unknown couple created by Legacy has a MRIN, but no RIN.

You can select SORT instead of using the up and down arrows to sort by date

any single event with the name of event. I have my SAMPLE file untouched
with the default list of events others and added a PLAY File as suggested

One procedure that works for me was to get to know reports one at a time by

In the Master List Event Definitions, select Options, then Import. You can
