The Thinkpad X230 does not boot in UEFI only mode (no legacy/CSM mode) via network card. This happens with BIOS 2.60 and also with the newest BIOS 2.73. It only loads syslinux.efi and then no more tftp requests are seen on the tftp server and the Thinkpad hangs. -- regards Thomas
