I don't know how I managed to FUBAR my preamble setting so there are no page
numbers or footer text. But I did. :-(

Please show me what I did wrong because this is affecting many docs.

Class: REVTeX 4.1, options: aip, reprint
RevTeX allows sections inside widetext regions. However, with LyX, section,
subsection and Wide Text are all accessed by the drop-down menu and each
command/environment has its own context on the LyX screen.
