First I gave the pdfpages package in use with pdflatex another try, but
the creation process reported errors within 2 eps graphics. After
converting them, these errors were gone, but new errors came and I lost
my temper.
So I decided to do it the not-so-elegant way and splitted the

.ps might not have a proper bounding box. ps2eps computes it (I think by

I don't hope so. I also tried the pdfpages package, but it only worked
in combination with pdflat
