Aa, so you do it from the receipt, not from within ITunes, nor by calling
Apple directly. Maybe that's where I went wrong.
Wonder if apps not being accessible with Voiceover has yet been worked into
their policy as a valid excuse for getting a refund, provided you don't
obviously make a habbit of
Yeh I read those. since I don’t use the audio midi interface, or have not since
2011 I totally forgot about that. I don’t want to play with or try and teach
it in case I loose my sound, and there’s so much in there you can do it’s
impossible to teach all of it in one shot.
Take care.

Mine is a 2011 Macbook Air, and I'm going to try Esther's suggestions.

Ah Oh wow that long? I thought the voices were only in ML, but I can’t
remember at the moment. Yeah so someone has to bring this up with nuance. I
guess.
Take care.

I find that this is an issue if you use any of the nuance voices. Using Alex,
this issue is not present at all. This has been an issue with the nuance
voices ever since they put them in in Lion.

right now I would just deal with it. I don’t think apple will ever fix this and
I’m not sure if it is apple, the synth they use, or what. If it is the synth
they use, it is newance’s fault and they have to try and fix it.
Take care.

Hi Sarah,
Thanks. Is there a way to work around this, or should I just bear through with
it? It is particularly annoying when I’m reading books in iBooks.

Anyway. I have that issue to when I’m putting in web page addresses in to edit
fields. I might hear http://google.com quotation mark. or something to that
effect or in the field where the partial web address I’ll hear http quotation
mark even though there is not one there.
I am using a Macbook Air and have noticed my internal speakers are no longer
balanced. The change seems to have happened since I upgraded to Mavericks,
but I don't know if it is hardware or software related. I have checked the
balance in System Preferences and it shows 50, but my right speaker is

Hi all,
I have been getting this annoying issue that I don’t know how to solve. When
reading by paragraph using Voiceover, I hear “quotation mark” or “double quote”
based on what synthesizer I have enabled. For example, here is a text I have
copied using vo+shift+c:

If the app is more then 30 days old you will not get a refund on the app, that
is if you bought the app more then 30 days ago. I tried with papaya broadcaster

app was discontinued from being developed.
Take care.

Hello,
I am running the latest version of Apple mail on Mavericks.
When I look inside my trash folder I see lots of copies of messages I have been
composing. It seems like a copy is taken each time I correct the message I am
currently composing or a copy is taken after a set time or a set numb

Good morning all
just requested a refund of an item I didn't mean to purchase. My refund
has been confirmed but how long then does it take before this is
reflected in my Apple Id? I checked as of a few minutes ago and no
refund was shown.
Any responses greatly appreciated. Thanks!
