1.3RC1 Maximum number of posts to
Kristina, we won't put it in stable anyway, and the next release is a
few months away now, so we have some time to decide on this. Personally
I'd rather leave it out in the meantime on a separate feature branch
where we can pull it in if we need it before 1.4. Maybe someone will
want us to do pee

It seems like when profile icon is uploaded, it is not being processed
through upload_manager::preprocess_file(), thus it is not validated for
upload errors and viruses.

It was an issue to do with the google apps plugin it was still looking
for it in the database but it it wasn't installed.
