Crystal Bridges has been doing this for 5 years. We just went through the
process of replacing old devices and we've been through a few different
management processes as well.

Stay tuned.
FYI: smaller sample tests have gone very well. We ask to hold a photo ID
until the device is returned. Lots of details and logistics, and we can
share that story as this grand experiment continues.

Do any of you loan out ipods or other devices to visitors who wish to use your
app but do not have smartphones?
If so, how does it all work from a practical standpoint? Problems? Concerns?
