Ah, gotcha. I just use this scheme to force me to move them out of my inbox
so it doesn't get too big.

What views are you using? I'm guessing that you're using something that
shows all of your active actions?
I have way too many active actions :-) so I narrow down what I look at with
two properties: goal and star. The views I work out of most often are the
active goals view, and the active starred
