The reappearance of car guards has taken place since the OBSID patrollers
have been reduced. FACT. I continue to pay my levies (no choice) but with
less services. How do cameras in Lower Main Road assist me where I live

You right Rosemary and not only around Station / James but see them all
over Observatory including Trill Road.
You will remember when last Saps took them all to Woodstock station to be
finger printed and they were told not to return to Observatory that all
crime, not only car related
I notice we now have informal car guards again in Station Road. It was
such a pleasure when they were absent for a few years.
