One other comment, it appears that one of the options when creating a action
trigger is to create a patron penalty. I don't know what the options are there,
but that might do the same as a SQL command and be easier to manage

We have a pre-expire email (run from an action trigger) that gets sent 30 days
before the account expires to let the patron know that their privileges will
expire in 30 days.

We also backdate. Adding closed dates for weather closings will not effect the
actual due date in the system as that is computed at the time of checkout. It
might help with fines, but using a backdated check-in works just as well.

It sounds like this may be something with the printer. I would check the paper
size, zoom settings and header/footer from the printer selection page.
If you want to remove all traces of Evergreen from her computer, I use the

I am not sure what a TSN is (perhaps you meant TCN?), but if you have a list of
barcodes, you can paste them into a text file, import it into "Check Item
Status" (rather than scanning the items in) and manage the items from there.
