Parameters are send by nuSOAP in strict order and type. This layer
works with all other methods and formats, and types, whateever..

I solve. My mysql server is utf8 by default. Any way there differences

what character_set do the tables have?
You have to set the server_character_set to utf8, drop the tables and rerun
the installer if the tables are not utf8.

in the
url myserver:5080/openmetings I get first rmtp to the usual port of
red5 and after change to 8080
for get the error

you might just chek the upload and temp folders to see which step of the
conversion fails.

The sounds that either you have no database connection or you did copy the
wrong folder.
Anyhow, if the installer is working, it just does never complete the
credentials for the database do not work.
