In our Mantis screen is a tab for 'summary'. On that 'summary' screen are two really interesting windows. One is the 'By Date' and the other is 'Longest Open'. I would like to suggest that any patches to clear one or more of the 'Longest Open' would be greatly appreciated and would help to move
