Toronto has a rent a bike program but its not doing to well,
finacially at the moment. Frank can give us more detail i'm sure.

I was waiting for someone to walk into the frame in an appropriate
position, but the blue shoes were pure luck. The program is
surprisingly controversial; no one waits the bike racks in from of
their apartment building or on the edge of their park.
That really is great, Dan. As David pointed out, good job getting Mr.
blue shoes in there; he tops off the shot.
One small quibble: looks to me that the blue parts are over-saturated
suffering detail loss, particularly the bike frames.
