Here is a question :
PHP FAQ (the one one the site), is now translated into French by
university student. I'm working with them so as to xml-format this,
and put it on the PHP CVS.
- I remember talking with Goba (hi) about merging FAQ in php doc.
Are there any opinion about this?

as the current one, i.e. GPL.
