From the customer side, I wrote Parsons Technology a letter asking why Tax Edge didn't have an option for Hawaii. The next year, it would fill out the form, but couldn't print it due to not being approved by the State. I did a side-by-side comparison of Tax Edge, Turbo Tax, and TaxAct (I think)
