Updating Eclipse?

Is anyone working on (or have plans to work on) updating the Eclipse port? The version in tree appears to have languished behind quite a bit. FreeBSD appears to have a port for 3.6.1; haven't looked yet how useful it is for OpenBSD though: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/java/eclipse-

Build ruby 1.9 versions of more ruby ports

2011-03-24 Thread Jeremy Evans

2011-03-24 Thread Jeremy Evans
Fairly simple version update to 1.4.4. Add more regress depends, and both minitest and hoe need to be updated to run the regress tests for 1.4.4. We aren't going to the latest version of hoe, as that requires rubygems > 1.4.0, and both lang/ruby/1.{8,9} use 1.3.7. Add regress tests for hoe. hoe

Remove flavors and enable regress tests for sysutils/god

2011-03-24 Thread Jeremy Evans
god is distributed as a ruby gem, but unlike other ruby gems, doesn't have a package prefix. However, it still inherits the FLAVORs, even though they all result in the same package name. Modify ruby.port.mk so that the FLAVOR handling can be disabled for gem ports by setting MODRUBY_HANDLE_FLAVORS
