Yeah, it's just called sharing... in the OS 8.1 menu. Went there did that and still the HD was a no show in the Chooser. But I think you may have something about Appletalk and the Printer using the same port..I'll check that out tomorrow. Also, someone mentioned the PRAM being bad could
