missing extensions for PB 1400?

The 1400 saga continues, I'm trying to load an old copy of Kaleidagraph (version 3.08) on the 1400 (G3 233 OS 8.6). When I try to run it I get: "application could not be opened because "Microsoft_OLE2" could not be found" I didn't find anything at apple.com but did find a troubleshooting article

Hello! I have a recently aquired PB 3400c & Duo 230. The Duo 230 does not have an ac adapter. Would the one from the 3400c work? Also, would it be a stupid thing for me to try to put OSX on the 3400c with Xpostfacto? It has 80 mb ram, and a 4gb hd, and a 200mhz 603e. Thanks ~ Ben ~ -- PowerBoo
