It's possible that a project has both the c++ and the python nature. If you
right click a project (in the pydev package explorer at least), you can choose
pydev > remove py
Probably you have the PYTHONPATH mixed... You can check that by making
a script and running it (if you can't fix it, please post the details
of your PYTHONPATH):
i.e.: import sys;print(sorted('\n'.join(sys.path)))
