You'll need to install the macintosh development environment if you
haven't already (it's on the install DVD), install and compile Qt,
QScintilla, and pyqt.

It's also worth mentioning that it's available in both Fink and
MacPorts. The version in Fink is slightly out of date (4.4.1); I don't
know about MacPorts.
