Greg, You must have missed my "I'm back" post with your illness.  You and I talked here years ago and we're identical twins in the cold department.  When I found out you were moving I thought "I wish I had that option"  I found a drug called imipramine that helped

Chicago has been enjoying 60 degree weather this week. Yes, we've had some rains too but the warm weather has promoted some SPRING action with Mother Nature. We are hoping this weather sticks around until Spring, but we don't know for sure. Best Wishes In a message dated 12/13/2015

[QUAD-L] Cold Out

I just can't imagine still living in Seattle, I'm in the Phoenix area now. The highs this next week are 54-66, the lows are 29-38. Yesterday I wore heavy sweats, a shirt, heavy  hoodie, and wrapped in a blanket, fleece hat, and drank hot drinks all day, heat set at 80. And still froze all day.

Greg if you're freezing and chilling in Arizona at this time of the year I really think you should see a specialist. It sounds to me like you're in pain and you don't know where it's coming from. It is important to find out where it is coming from. Best wishesJohn s.  Original message

Hi, thanks.   I've been cold since 1982, unless I'm in the sun. I moved to Phoenix for that reason. Though after hurting my hip about 15 years ago, I've been on strong pain meds. Lyrica, 150mg 3x. 60mg MS-Contin, 3 times a day. 30mg instant MS-Contin, as needed. My average body temp now is 96.5.

If anybody sits in the sun or fireplace for a long time, as soon as they move away or out of the heat source ... they are going to be very cold. Or noticeably cold. Bobbie Smile Everyday > On Dec 13, 2015, at 7:03 PM, greg wrote: > > Hi, thanks. > > I've been cold since
