Thanks for the info Jim. So now they are measuring tube thickness to
the nearest 0.05 mm? Really?
Mark showed me the spec sheet sent to the builder and that was what it
said.

There were 3 runs of Legolas. The first 30 were by Nobilette, and then
2 runs from Waterford. Mark and Grant both said there are around 80
total.
As for tubing, the Legolas and Roadeo have the same tubing for top and
seat tubes, fork blades and chain stays. The Legolas downtube is

I thought it was closer to 100 because, IIRC, there was a 2nd run. Now
I'll have to check.

Pictures of these are really hard to come by for some reason. I
stared at the red one had on the specials page for months, kept
looking at that picture of the RCP one that Phillip had put up,

could sell boat loads of these,
It just adds to the legend of being the rarest Riv model ever.
They should have called it [T206] Honus Wagner.

I think it is written in the sacred Rivendell text that all their
bikes will have eyelets. Legolai have a single set front and rear. I
am really enjoying mine, and don't get why more people haven't
I have a green Legolas as my desktop some day my dream will come

I believe the Legolas is one of the truly thing-gauge Rivendell
models. Even the Roadeo isn't thin throughout all size range. I have
no facts to back this up, just conjecture of course. But that makes
it really unique. Yeah, wish I had one, too...

Er, thin-gauge would be more accurate.
Thing 1 and Thing 2 could not come and play on this rainy wet day.
