Greetings,
I have a Sinclair model I2113A isolator. The range on this is
supposed to be roughly 130 to 170 MHz. It currently sits at 167.1
MHz. I want to put it on 148.8. I suspect that this requires
retuning of the large magnets. I have removed to side stickers to

Muscatine,
I have a GE Mastr II repeater that mutes the receiver when the PTT
is activated. I have checked the jumpers listed in the station to
repeater conversion information:

The 10v regulator card has jumpers from 1 to 2 and 1 to 3.

Scott,
I have been down that road twice, coincidentally with exactly the same
Sinclair part number. In each case, I had a working isolator pulled
from Government service around 166 MHz that I wanted to use in the
Amateur 2m band.
The range shown in the catalog for these isolators is really an

Yes, my experience is that the magnet holders are locked, but can be freed
with a suitable C spanner.
If you physically abuse these isolators, which can happen during
de-commissioning, they become microphonic.
The two adjusters can be screwed in to stop this problem. Re-adjustment is

I agree with Eric WB6FLY to return unit to Sincair for factory adjustment
and modification. My RFS/Celwave Model PCC-150B was on 158.1 Mhz and I had it
factory retuned to 147 band. Cost of factory mod was well worth the $125 plus
shipping. They retuned, replaced a 6T coil, adjusted coil

Apparently on my rev of the 10v card, there is another mod that must
be made. The problem was A6, which on later Rev 10 volt cards
includes a jumper, H16/H17 which needs to be cut to stop the rx
mute. Thanks to The 'Mastr' Index of GE LBIs!!!

I have some DB Products (UHF) and M/A (some of both VHF and UHF)
circulators that I'd like to have redone for the UHF ham band and 2-Meters.
Any ideas who might rework those brands? Or will Sinclair rework other
