OK Mike thanks for your reply. The duty cycle is minimal. The frequency of the
repeater that I'll be linking to is 224.280 (-) and I plan to use about 20
watts into a pair of vertical yagis at 185 ft pointed southeast. At the site I
will also have a full time link to a 70 cm hub repeater with a

Does anyone have experience using the Hustler G6-440 UHF
antenna for repeater use ? The antenna
. What is the optimum center to
center vertical spacing of the element for 53.47/52.47 Mhz ? The db spec sheet
says anywhere between 3/4 on 1 1/4 wavelength andsuggest 19 ft. center to

Cellwave PD455-5 Super Stationmaster on a 5 foot face tower at 750 feet. I have
a 18 inch, 24 inch and 36 inch standoff to chosefrom. Which one should I

I have a
Arrow 440 Mhz.corner reflector that I am using on a link with good
results. Itworks about as good as the db reflector which is at the other
end of the link. Physically not as stoutas the db so I wouldn't mount it
high on a tower or use it on a mountain top.

Hey Guy's,I have the opportunity
to install a DB-224 and a DB-420 on a 500'tower. But the funds are lacking
for two runs of hardline. With 60watts on the 2 meter repeater and 40 watts
on the 70cm repeater. Whatkind of
