e included my smb.conf as well as the smbtools.conf below as well,
and would greatly appreciate any assistance that I could get with this.

will use the domain SID when communicating with
the PDC, and the PDC will not verify that with it's configured
(hostname, domain name) from which the SID was generated? This is good
news!
