after some days and a weekend of listening I can confirm it *is* the
server. I've shot out an email to Radiotunes/DI pointing to that.

Some times it takes a few minutes, before you can acces the webgui.
Especially when a lot of new plugins must be installed, of when you have
copied a old prefs directory to the Slimserver directory.

Tried if ShairTunes2W, but it wont load the plugin.
So no at the moment its not working, so have to look in to this.
I needed to know which perl modules are need to make it work.
So maybe to make it work in future releases.

You can stop en start LogitechMediaServer form the app store, through
the webgiu from QNap.
Or logon through shh shell, and them do [ [cd
/share/*/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/ ], [ ./LogitechMediaServer.sh
restart ] and then exit to logout.
Be aware it will take a few minutes, before you can use
Log

I've tried everything I can think of. M2P says filesystem mount is
successful. I can see the files via Windows 10 laptop, so I know
they're there. Password is correctly entered in M2P. I've tried every
combination of every setting I can come up with ... no joy. AFA I can
tell, files are there
