can't download SeaMonkey (insecure connection on Firefox)

My Linux machine running SeaMonkey 2.46 had a major malfunction. I had to use a WinXP machine with SeaMonkey 2.40 temporarily. I have copies of all received emails in a single folder. Using 'sneaker net' how do I copy them to my now good Linux machine? I know it's fairly simple as I had to do
