That was going to be my response. I use the RANDOM alot and usually
only have 4-5 genres selected.

OK, I'm ever-so-slowly learning all the wonderful things the Touch can
do, musically...
BUT...I CANNOT figure out how to get it to play a random list of songs
in one particular genre (rock, e.g.). It DOES play random tracks, but
selects from all genres.
What am I missing?!?

Using the Touch remote highlight the genre you want (Rock) press the
play button press the shuffle button.

This shuffles whatever is in your active playlist window (doesn't
matter albums, genre, etc.). In my picture I just happened to be
