On the UBNT sectors, do the tick marks take into consideration their built
in electrical downtilt? For instance, if the sector is set to the zero tick
mark, is that actually zero degrees or is that technically -2 degrees?

I've always treated it as 0 degrees on the bracket so the sector would be

+1. I never checked it with a level but at 0 degrees, the sector appears to
be pointing straight out to the horizon.

It is a mechanical mark not taking into account electrical downtilt.

Agreed with justin, you need to level the sector out and mark your reference
point, then adjust per desired down-tilt calculating appropriately. I always
wondered about this, i never have gotten a good answer. A lot of time my
sectors look like they are pointing up more than down when i try
