After suspending, if network comes down, from terminal:

This bug has reappeared in Ubuntu 11.10 . I am having Samsung Netbook
NP-N100-MA01IN. The synaptics touchpad stops responding after system
goes to standy or lock. USB mouse works. System restart enables the
touchpad again. Its really annoying

Of course before running the command, none of the files existed at all. It was
not a permission issue, I verified this.
I still have no idea where the problem came from. I haven't seen it anymore
since I upgraded.Z
