'Replace' (Ctrl+H) doesn't replace searched strings but adds (attaches) the new
replacement strings to the old ones. Specific case: Replace 100 with 50
throughout document, I get 10050 everywhere, but it should be 50s, IMHO.

Maybe in addition to position, we need a priority setting for each
indicator, and visiblity is collapsed in order of lowest priority first.

I think this is the same as bug 1243665 which affects rss and ubuntu ui
toolkit tests. According to that there's a race condition causing this
error message.

When I press Shift+Delete to permanently delete a file (or several
files) in Nautilus, the focus is returned to the very first file in the
directory. This is not what I expect. The focus should move to the next
file, as it does when the files are moved to the Trash (Delete but

I can confirm that on a fresh Kubuntu 13.10 install this bug shows up
again, and reinstalling polkit-kde-1 has no effect.
