This package was previously in Debian with a higher version number,
which was where Ubuntu got it. There are two problems with the current
package in Debian:
- it has reused a Debian version number that was previously used in Debian
with different contents.
- it has reused an *upstream* orig.t
I think this need to be set to importance: High, as it allows a
malicious user to see any information displayed on the desktop without
logging in.

That works, but isn't a great fix. The '.?*' from the original, AFAICS,
never should have been there, and .*?* is differently buggy... there
shouldn't be a literal '?' in the string.

The syscall chflags does not exist in Linux, so when compiling Python it
notices this and does not provide os.chflags().
chattr(1) on the other hand uses an ioctl() of EXT2_IOC_SETFLAGS to set
