I had this in average every five weeks. I guess it has something to do with

I attached a new kezboard via usb and it is german lazout like the previous.
Unfortunatelz, the kezs are arranged english, although the kde-language
selector is on "de" and evdev identified a "de" xkb/lazout (according to
xorg.0.log).

My LTS 12 was an upgrade from oneiric. Today i reinstalled the whole
system and after that, i could boot the other kernels, so something has
failed with the upgrade process.

After upgrading to LTS precise from 11.10, i wondered about unstable
wireless connections.
Symptoms are:
IP and WPA work even if connection is down. No error messeages, neither in
logs, nor in dmesg.

After newly installing Kubuntu 11.10 to a usb-drive, i get
