It doesn't seem to me that this is really a duplicate of bug #1849859.
At least the reported symptoms are not identical.
In any case, has anybody found a workaround for this?

I am no longer affected. It works now for me, no matter which network I
am in. Yesterday it didn't, even after restarting Ubuntu. Could it be
that yesterday's Ubuntu update solved the issue?

Now, it's working again for me! Could be because I installed the latest
Ubuntu updates today, or because I am in a different wireless network
now... I have to try it again tomorrow in the other network.

Same here. Since 13.04, autohidden launcher sometimes does not appear,
no matter how much "force" is applied. After switching windows or
(un)maximizing a window, it usually works again.

Hi,
Three days later, it still works! That's the good news. The bad news is:
There is no "Ubuntu One" menu entry anymore in the context menu. So, I
cannot add new folders. I think this problem appeared after applying the
workaround for the bug described above, but it might be an unrelated
issue...
The workaround seems to work! File synchronization is still running, as
it has to keep up with all the accumulated changes, but as far as I can
tell synchronization works now.
Thanks for the quick help!

The same here! Resizing
Yes, with the Alt key pressed, dragging of windows between monitors
works in both directions.

Am I the only one who is experiencing this bug under lucid?
Since Ubuntu One synchronization is already enabled, Tomboy crashes
immediately after the start. Thus, I cannot even see my notes anymore
(only through the Ubuntu One web interface).
Is there a work-around for this problem?
Cheers,
Tobi
Thanks, Jason! However, I cannot change any settings in Tomboy because I
