After the installation, the system is not aware of available software.
In effect, no package can be installed or updated, and no bug can be
reported as no package is recognized by ubuntu-bug as an official Ubuntu

informed that "This operation can take some minutes." However, nothing changes
even after 30 minutes.
This only occurs while launching QtPass for the first time.
