yep that seems to be the reason. if the service is started it only shows
lines relevant to the current instance, if its not started it will show the
requested number of lines. maybe the manpage should include something about
this. it confused me. feel free to mark this as a feature request or close

It doesn't happen with galeon (2.0.2-4ubuntu1). I tried konqueror, but
nautilus-cd-burner doesn't appears as a choice, and none of the
available alternatives have an Exec-line (in their .desktop file) where
"%f" should be replace by the filename. Haven't tried epiphany.

After upgrade today from 6.10 to 7.04beta using 'update-manager -d',
after reboot, the machine hangs during boot before presenting the
graphical interface. The last messages on the screen are:

tried to use gnome I got a desktop allright, but the keys in the
keyboard were mixed up.
Would be nice to get gnome to work with the latest and fastest VNC.
