Directly depending packages: intltool-debian po-debconf. These are both

It appears that they can both be installed if they are installed in the
opposite order.
1) Install google-earth (may not be required, but I already had it)
2) Install wine (it will remove google-earth)
3) Re-install google-earth
Interrestingly enough, step 3 did NOT remove wine! I now have both
