This looks similar to bug 47825.
Can you try some things for me?
Go To System - Preferences - Sessions
See if Network Manager is listed more than once there.
If you do, then read the comments in the bug above and see if any of those tips
help you.

I see the same behaviour. I don't get 10, but if I log out with 1
running and log back in, I get 2. If I don't kill the duplicate and
logout and back in, I get 3, c c.
