for workaround you can copy the file
/usr/share/applications/org.gnome.tweaks.desktop
to your home folder
~/.local/share/applications
and change the following line in org.gnome.tweaks.desktop:
from:
StartupNotify=true
to:
StartupNotify=false

This bug is very easy to reproduce, especially with default X session
- Open gnome-tweaks
- Window Titlebar -> Placement: Left
- Relaunch few times until you see black Window Titlebar with missing buttons.
If you try to resize window buttons will re-appear
With Wayland session this bug is
its not only in gnome tweak. it happens in setting window as well. i
have attached the video recorded with my mobile because screenrecording
was always an error(i don't know why).
please analyse the issue.

the same problem with setting winodow title bar. i need to switch
through other applications and come back to get the expected complete
dialogue box. in addition to this bug what i realize in my system is the
gnome tweak window keeps flickering when cursor hovers above it. sad.
