Hmm, as I was pointed on IRC, liferea is already using Rosetta, or at
least, was doing it for some time for its release 1.0.
Could you contact Conrad at https://launchpad.net/~conrad-bungled to see
how's that 1.2 series was not imported?

We need liferea maintainer to say that they want to use Rosetta for
translations officially (to avoid having people translate it here, yet
ending up not used anywhere).
Otherwise, if liferea is part of Feisty "main" series, it will be
imported automatically once Feisty is open for translation. If

I was unable to upload liferea's pot file (nor liferea's tr.po file) for 1.2.
Feisty seem to use 1.2.4 [1]
So I am reopening this one.
The upstream bug was added to track the release of Turkish translation
in upstream.

This is fixed in feisty with 1.0.4-0ubuntu2 now... and definitely not an
upstream bug... they don't need to put the translation template into the
tarball.

And that there are no translations in feisty is simply a language-pack
issue. They were not updated since liferea went to main and as such
liferea does not contain translations, neither do the language packs.
There even _is_ a spanish translation ;)
