I can confirm this error. This is bugging me since i installed natty. My
X crashes while loading Pages with Flash-Content. First i thought it
might be firefox but its happening in opera too. I will now try to

Well, even if it's unrelated to the bug, still looks crufty. No real
use keeping broken stuff in your boot process. Might clean that up
(move aside ~/.themes I guess?) and just verify the problem still

on resume:

important informations :
-My problem triggered when upgrade ubuntu last friday 10 June. Before, I
used Natty KDE for few weeks without any hitch.
-I use my old usb Logitech wire-mouse, G5, when I plug it out the laptop
touchpad
i've seen a number of people recommend installing the latest drivers
from ppa:philip5/extra, but i'd like to caution wary users (and eager
newbie users) against doing so by adding the PPA to their apt sources.
doing so may cause a subsequent system-wide upgrade to upgrade more
packages than you bar

I just downgraded to compiz 0.8.6 and it solved all my current problems.
Lovely 'update,' removing major functionality!
FWIW, this even solved my issues with losing focus when alt-tabbing (I
use hover focus).

what it is about and if there is already a solution for a bug before

No I had tested it with 270.41.19. I'll re-test with the experimental version.
I hope I'm not trading one bug for another by using an 'experimental version'
of the driver.

What appears to be happening is that some app has put an invisible
(InputOnly) window over the top of your other windows, and then told the
window manager to not touch it (OverrideRedirect).
This would seem to be neither really a bug in X, nor a bug in the window
